The acquisition of Anacortes Mining, which is expected to close in June, gives Steppe the opportunity to diversify and double the size of the company. The all-share transaction also allows Anacortes’ shareholders to capture value on recovery and the re-rate as a multi-asset, multi-jurisdiction producer.
