Mr. Bataa Tumur-Ochir, a Mongolian citizen, has a wealth of global experience in the mining and oil and gas industry. Mr. Bataa Tumur-Ochir is responsible for new business acquisitions, development and government and community relations. He is also responsible for daily operations in Mongolia.

Under his guidance, Steppe Gold was awarded "The Investment of the Year Award" from the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry in 2019.

"The Mining Company of the Year" award by the Mineral Resource and Petroleum Authority of Mongolia in 2020.

The company's flagship project, "ATO Gold Mine" has been selected and received "The Development of the Year" award by Bloomberg Mongolia TV in 2021.

Mr. Bataa Tumur-Ochir is also a Director of TSX.V listed Ion Energy Limited and Aranjin Resources Limited.

Ms Byambatseren Tsogbadrakh, a Mongolian national, is a founding member of the Steppe Gold team.

With years of experience in the field of finance, she has progressively held senior positions within the Company for an extended period.

Mr. South has over 35 years of experience in M&A, capital markets and private equity in Europe, North America and Australia, including senior positions in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, NatWest Markets and Deloitte. He has been working in Mongolia since 2011.

Mr. Khishigsuren has over 30 years of Mongolian mineral exploration experience. He has focused his expertise on the precious metals exploration sector resulting in successes for numerous companies.
